It is difficult to predict what policies will be introduced in the legislature, but I will take the time to listen to concerns from constituents and hear from all sides of an issue before forming an opinion and taking action.

 

    I work diligently on legislation to address health care, mental health, public education, safety, equity, jobs, security, economic growth, and infrastructure, housing, and childcare. It is vital that we continue to be fiscally responsible, especially in these inflationary times, while continuing to bring good paying jobs to Kansas to enhance economic vitality. 

 

    Building relationships and partnerships are key to developing good policies. I will continue to work with legislators, experts on issues, and community members to develop and support policies that will assist and empower individuals, families, businesses, and nonprofits. 

 

    I will continue to maintain civil discourse and stand for fairness and opportunity, and will communicate about bills being introduced, legislative action taken by legislators, me, and the governor.

 

    My goal is to represent with integrity and work on policies that will have a positive impact on your life.
